Wood-Fired Pizza
Slow-proofed dough, leopard-charred in the wood oven, finished with parmesan and fresh herbs.
Coffee · Kitchen · Pizza Bar — Agadir
A coffee house, kitchen and pizza bar in the heart of Agadir. Everything meets the flame — from the morning brew to the last plate before 1am.
The Craft
Fire is the oldest tool there is. At The Blacksmith it runs through everything — the wood-fired oven that leopard-chars our dough, the live coals under the grill, the slow heat that pulls a lamb shank off the bone.
Around it we build honest things: Moroccan tagines beside Neapolitan pizza, a proper flat white beside a spiced tuna tataki. French, Spanish and Moroccan hands, one open flame.
